Privacy policy
This policy explains how RevSave handles information when providing checkout-recovery services and operating this website.
Effective July 18, 2026 · Last updated July 18, 2026
Who controls and processes data
For recovery services, the client brand decides why and how its customer data is used and acts as the data controller or business. RevSave processes that data for the client under its instructions. RevSave acts as controller for website inquiries, account administration, security, and its own business records.
Information we collect
Clients provide checkout, cart, order, payment-event, customer, consent, suppression, offer, and attribution data. End-user records include names, contact details, cart contents, order values, payment status, communication preferences, and interaction history. RevSave also creates call recordings, transcripts, reason codes, message delivery events, link activity, and recovery outcomes. Website visitors provide inquiry details and generate ordinary device, browser, IP address, and security logs.
How information is used
RevSave uses information to check contact eligibility, place approved recovery calls, send secure links, answer approved questions, record outcomes, attribute recovered revenue, prevent abuse, support clients, maintain the service, and meet contractual obligations.
Calls, messages, and recording
RevSave follows each client’s configured consent, suppression, quiet-hours, disclosure, and recording rules. The AI assistant identifies itself at the start of a call. Recording is enabled only for flows where the client has approved the applicable rule set.
Retention and deletion
Client data is retained for the active service term and the limited period needed for attribution, billing reconciliation, security, and contractual records. On termination, RevSave deletes or returns client data under the service agreement, except records retained for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting purposes. Clients may request a documented retention schedule for their implementation.
Subprocessors
RevSave uses service providers by category for cloud hosting, telephony, messaging, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and business operations. These providers receive only the information needed for their service and operate under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Consumer rights
Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an objection relating to personal information. Requests concerning a client brand’s recovery program are routed to that brand. Contact zain@revsave.ai to submit a request or ask a privacy question.
Security
RevSave uses access controls, encryption in transit, scoped credentials, logging, environment separation, and provider security controls to protect information. No system eliminates all risk, and RevSave reviews access and incident procedures as the service changes.
Changes
Material changes appear on this page with a revised last-updated date. Contractual notices are also sent through the client’s designated business contact.
